Correct me is I am wrong
1) I add a Jabber.ru account to Kopete
2) Then I go to Services in my Jabber account in Kopete and request the mrim.jabber.ru server
3) Then I have to enter my mail.ru credentials, however, there is only the field for password visible (see attached file https://cloud.mail.ru/public/f929871b45c4/%D1%81%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%BA21.png)


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a jabber.ru account to Kopete
2. Click on icon in the right bottom corner of Kopete, then right-click on the jabber logo and select Services
3. In the new window, click "request server" and select mrim.jabber.ru
4. You get the form with only the password field available...

Actual Results:  
NOTHING!

Expected Results:  
I should be ablr to enter my credentials and start using mrim in Kopete.

I use Kubuntu 14.10 running on Acer notebook, Russian localization, the release of Kopete was installed from Muon appstore.

I use v1.6.60 and nothing happens. OS: Ubuntu 14.10 with KDE 4.14.2
