Transaction report seem to not be able to show any transfer when organized by payee, even when there are several of them.

See steps to reproduce.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Transactions by Payee report
2. Choose Details->Type->Transfers to show only transfers

All transactions dissapear, even though there are transfers with payees.

3. Change to "Organize by Month"

All transfers appear.


Actual Results:  
No transfer is shown.

Expected Results:  
Show transfers organized by payee.

Cannot be reproduced with the mentioned versions; seems to be fixed
