Using dolphin+kate 14.11.95
Opening a text file from dolphin in a new tab in an already open kate window freezes dolphin. If the new kate tab is closed, the error "KDEInit could not launch «/usr/bin/kate»" is displayed, and dolphin works normally again.
Everything works fine if I downgrade kate to 4.14

if change in 'org.kde.kate.desktop'

'Exec=kate -b %U'

to

'Exec=kate %U'

the freeze is gone, but creates a collateral error, this is when open any document, show up a warning window it say "KDEinit could not launch /usr/bin/kate'
