Kgpg does not export the menubar into the topscreen like other applications. Neither into the titlebar button.

neon devedition gitunstable up to date with
kgpg 18.07.70, frameworks 5.45, Qt 5.10, plasma 5.12.80
titlebar menu button works with kgpg
