When attempting to use the Print Assistant to print photos on 4x6 (a common use case), in the drop down option of Page Settings, there is no option for photo sized paper. There are several sizes of page available, but none suitable for photo printing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Image -> Print Assistant
2. Click Page Settings
3. Observe list of unsuitable options

Actual Results:  
List of page sizes is not suitable for photo printing

Expected Results:  
Page sizes for common photo printing options should be available, preferably first

This bugfix is now officially included in Qt-5.11. DigiKam must be compiled against Qt-5.11. For digiKam-6.0.0 I close the bug now.
