I just accidentally disabled the confirmation of the empty trash dialogue, and found no way in the GUI to configure that.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Dolphin configuration
2. Select "Trash"
3. Alternatively, select "General" - "Confirmation"

Actual Results:  
There's no way to configure whether a confirmation is required before emptying the trash.

Expected Results:  
Somewhere, it should be possible to re-enable the confirmation that's usually shown when emptying the trash.

I managed to restore the confirmation dialogue by deleting ~/.kde/share/config/kiorc. But that shouldn't be the only way, obviously.

This is a KDE-wide problem, see also bug 190238.

Maybe all the KDE-wide (in this case KIO) settings should go into a kcm?

ConfirmTrash, ConfirmDelete and in future behaviourOnLaunch (currently in the frameworks branch) are also KDE-wide KIO settings which can be modified in Dolphin's settings dialog.
