Hi, 

I would like 2 new features in konsole

Tab Background color - this option would be good if many tabs open, as production servers, qa servers, etc .. to avoid mistakes (sometimes you're on 2 servers with the same hostname but different hardware, such as servers disaster recovery .

Log output - The possibility of recording the entire output generated by the terminal to a file like putty.

With konsole 21.04.3, It is already possible to do both of the things suggested
