After restarting krita tools docker expands in width (like on the attached picture).

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
not resize the dockers after restarting krita

It's specific for the tool docker because we allow the title text to disappear there. It's trickier to fix than one might imagine, though :-(

The layout code is so weird by now that I think that this is essentially unfixable, I'm sorry :-(
