When I click on the little plasma widget in the SysTray, the Network Center opens on the screen.  It shows that I'm connected to my wifi router.

When I click the button labelled "Disconnect", it will disconnect the computer from my wifi router.  The button will change from being labelled "Disconnect" to being labelled "Connect".

When I click the button that is now labelled "Connect", it will re-connect the computer to my wifi router.  The button's label will not change from being labelled "Connect to being labelled "Disconnect", even after the computer has been reconnected to the wifi router.

The button will still work, though.  If I click it again, it will re-disconnect the computer from the wifi router.  And, if I click it again, it will re-connect the computer to the wifi router.  However, under no circumstances will the button's label change from "Connect" to "Disconnect" after the first click.

If I want the button's label to indicate whether the next click will correctly indicate "Connect" or "Disconnect" after the first time it changes, I must close the "Network Center" applet and restart it.

My dream is to have the Connect/Disconnect label of the button to change to the opposite status from the current status.

What I mean is that if the wifi is disconnected, the button's label should say "Connect", and if the wifi is connected, the button's label should say "Disconnect".  In other words, it should auto-update whenever the status of the connection changes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Network Center window
2. Click the button to disconnect
3. Click the button to re-connect


Actual Results:  
The connect/disconnect button label only changes from Disconnect to Connect on the first click.  Under no circumstances will the button's label change again, no matter how many times the button is clicked.  The applet must be closed and reopened in order for the button's label to show the correct action that will be taken upon the next click.

Expected Results:  
When I click the button to re-connect to the wifi connection, the button's label should change from "Connect" to "Disconnect" (after the re-connection process succeeds).

What version of plasma-nm and NetworkManager do you have?

I just tried PCLinusOS in virtualbox and it seems it uses quite old version of NetworkManager and even doesn't use plasma-nm. It has its own implementation for network configuration so you would have to report your issue to PCLinuxOS bugzilla.
