Hello,

I have built marble from sources and for some reason some of the place names have letters missing.

For example: Istanbul appears as: stanbul

This bug appears in the Marble App as well as my own App with an embedded marblewidget.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Marble App or my own App
2. Browse to a location like Istanbul
3. Observe the missing letter, get: stanbul

Istanbul has a non-ASCII İ as first letter. I suspect the issue is related to encodings or lack of UTF-8 support in the font used for rendering. Which font is active on your system? In Marble's settings in the View tab you can see / change the font.

Thanks, I have fixed the problem in the marble App and in my own App by setting the font.
