Hi!
I'd like to see GPG encryption in the IM part. I think, it is an important feature
and better to use than OTR, especially when using multiple devices.

Reproducible: Always
Comment 1 sourcemaker 2015-01-16 21:05:06 UTC
Yes, please implement GnuPG support.
OTR still sucks in offline conversations.
Comment 2 OlafLostViking 2015-05-05 11:34:25 UTC
This would also help with the problem of logging encrypted messages on your own xmpp server to share the log with multiple clients.
Comment 3 Fabio Locati 2015-06-07 10:30:45 UTC
I hope too this feature will be implemented soon since I believe is very important to use a client-independent encryption system
Comment 4 Martin Klapetek 2015-06-07 12:31:57 UTC
I'm sorry, we're currently very low on manpower and this is not a priority right now.

However any help would be more than welcomed.

Dear user, unfortunately Telepathy is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
