Description dmr drk 2014-10-16 14:35:40 UTC

when apps (amarok, gwenview ...) is starting, system check usb capture device so can't start until checking finish. (happen apps every start). not happen with backen-vlc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.plug usb capture device
2.start kde application
3.

Actual Results:  
application wait to start until checking finish.

This backend for Phonon is no longer maintained or supported, and has not been for quite some time. Please use the VLC backend instead--which is the recommended and maintained replacement--and see if you can reproduce the issue there. If you can, please open a new bug report at https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=phonon-backend-vlc.
