remove german web site from https://www.kde.org/support/international.php

www.kde.org/support/international.php has an entry for a german website "Germany" with a link to kde.de, which is just a redirection to kde.org.
Therfore this entry should be removed.
international.php has a comment:

But template-top1.inc in git has no entry for kde.de, only for de.kde.org, an outdated german website

SVN commit 1402740 by lueck:

remove the entry Germany (kde.de) from https://www.kde.org/support/international.php, because this link is just a redirection to kde.org
