when using the muon updater to apply update 'bash' the update failed to apply

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select muon updater
2.enter identity password
3.download update
installing update....pop-up 'installation failed
retry x 3 same result 
restart computer 
retry  updater
fail
report bug

Actual Results:  
updater failed to update 'bash'

Expected Results:  
bash update
