Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. change shortcuts for copy and paste to shift+ctrl+c/v
2. copy & paste stuff => works
3. open new tab
4. open shortcut menu or copy & paste stuff

Actual Results:  
shortcut entries for copy and paste are deleted

Expected Results:  
shortcuts should be saved across tabs

This is also annoying, because konsole switched defaults for copy&paste and this destroys workflow a lot making this version of konsole pretty much unusable for me, that's why it is a major bug for me.

Believe duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=340803 - which describes a superset of the problem.
