after doing an uptdate of KDE, I couldn't get internet. The message says that a error occured doing the uptdate: couldn't find plugin Proxy for systemsettings application. KCM_kio not found.
the message says also that the error could have leave an orfan control modul or I can have third moduls on my system. What can I do?

Which distribution are you using? What was the previous KDE version, and what KDE version did you update to? Were only KDE packages updated, or also other packages?
How do you connect to Wifi? Using NetworkManager or using ifup?
