- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I clicked on the panel where it says Gvim to switch to a window group consisting of maybe 5-7 Gvim windows. A menu of Gvim windows showed up. When I clicked on one of those items, everything except the mouse cursor hung for a minute or two, the panel crashed, the window decorations disappeared, Konqi popped up, the panel restarted itself, and then the window decorations reappeared.

- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Before I clicked on the panel, KWin was resizing the window group several (possibly hundreds of) times per second. I had resized a window in that group to a small Y dimension and then resized a different window in that group in both X and Y dimensions which caused KWin to make the second window smaller, then larger, then smaller, then larger, etc.
Also, Konqi's restart application button was grayed out.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open several Gvim windows
2. Group Gvim windows together using Attach as tab to
3. Resize one of the Gvim windows to make it smaller in the Y dimension
4. Resize another Gvim window in the same group in both dimensions
5. Switch to other windows such that the Gvim window group is completely covered by other windows
6. Switch to Gvim using panel

Actual Results:  
Step #4: Gvim window gets larger/smaller several times per second
Step #6: Panel crashes, window decorations disappear, Konqi opens, then panel restarts automatically and window decorations reappear

Expected Results:  
Step #4: The window should change its size only when the application requests it or I resize it.
Step #6: Panel should switch to the window instead of crashing.

I would have reported this with Konqi, but at the last step, it said the following error message and logging in on Firefox and clicking Retry didn't help.

"Error sending the crash report: /Received unexpected error code 410 from bugzilla. Error message was: You must log in before using this part of KDE Bugtracking System../"
