It's impossible to see whole picture if it is big and don't feet in window (see url screenshot)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select picture in panel
2. F3 (or see it in the preview panel)

Actual Results:  
upper left corner of picture is shown

Expected Results:  
image should be resized to fit in window

Works for me with current git version on KF5, please reopen in case it's still a problem.
