The same issue has also been reported here: http://forum.ubuntuusers.de/topic/ktouch-lernprogramm-10-finger-schreiben-starte/ The KTouch package in Ubuntu 14.04 has a broken dependency. You have to install qtdeclarative4-kqtquickcharts-1 manually. Or install the KTouch update available in trusty-updates.
