I can reproduce this. If I remember correctly this is a limitation of X (or rather the WM standard). Adding Martin in CC, he knows this stuff :p I don't see what should be the limitation there on X or the WM side. This works without a problem in KDE SC 4.x -series. |
Created attachment 88292 [details] Widgets can't be moved to areas colored by red. How to reproduce: add a panel, move to left or right screen edge, make it shorter and wider, add a widget to desktop, try to move it above or below panel.
