Seems to apply especially to the "guessed unconfirmed" tags, but the behaviour does not always happen. Sometimes I can change one "guessed unconfirmed" tag to a different name and the other face tags are still "guessed unconfirmed". But sometimes this bug occurs and they totally disappear. (Note that, bug 326033 means that, for me, initially all the tags disappear from view, but this bug actually removes the unconfirmed face tags completely and they don't come back.) Christian Problem still exists with last digiKam 4.9.0 ? Gilles Caulier Dear Gilles, I will try - need to wait for this situation to happen again (where the same name is guessed for two or more faces on the same picture). I noticed this once with digikam 4.12.0. It doesn't happen often that Digikam guesses the same name for many faces on the same photo... but it seems that the problem still exists. Can you reproduce the problem using digiKam Linux AppImage bundle ? The last bundle is available at this url: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0BzeiVr-byqt5Y0tIRWVWelRJenM Gilles Caulier 7.0.0-beta1 is out with new Face Recognition algorithm based on Deep Learning/Neural Network API from OpenCV https://download.kde.org/unstable/digikam/ Please test and give us a feedback Thanks in advance Gilles Caulier I tested with 7.0.-beta1 and Depp Learning face recognition and i connot reproduce the problem here. I close this file now. Don't hesisae to re-open if necessary. Gilles Caulier |
