Text in the Oxygen font when underlined looks broken since the underline is too high (on the baseline mixing completely with the bottom of characters.

The text is in Russian. Looks like Russian letters behave differently w.r.t. the underline than English letters and spaces. Try the string "Лицензия: GNU Lesser General Public License, версия 2".

Thanks for your bug report.

Unfortunately we do not have the resources to maintain this font anymore and moved upstream to using the Noto font [1] which also provides much better glyph coverage. We advise you do the same. Sorry.
