Feature Request:

On each page of the Data Wizard I would like a "Finish" button. This will take the current settings and complete the remainder of the wizard with all default values.

If the user chooses to skip the second page of the Data Wizard Kst should use the following logic to select which vectors are loaded:
1. If Kst has opened the data file before then load the vectors used then
2. If Kst has not opened the data file before then attempt to load the vectors used in the previous session. If this is not possible then all vectors should be loaded (except for the "index" vector).
