Description Timothy 2014-07-23 23:21:53 UTC
Please add a feature to graphically mount and unmount iso files through dolphin. As this usually requires SUDO or Root privileges adding a function to do this in which these permissions are not required would be useful for users with out these permissions. If this can not be achieved then simply prompting for Root/SUDO would work as well.

Thanks for the report. Please note that we use the severity "wishlist", rather than the words "feature request" in the summary, to distinguish bugs and feature requests.

Moreover, please note that the service menus, which are shown in the context menu, are not part of Dolphin at all (if they were, then the service menus would not be available in Konqueror, FolderView, and any other KDE application which has file management capabilities).

Some service menus can be found at

http://kde-apps.org/

If no service menu that does what you want exists yet, you can find information about the creation of service menus here:

https://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Creating_Konqueror_Service_Menus

I'm marking this report as DOwNSTREAM because the distributions are responsible for packaging any service menus that many people find useful.
