Description Zack Evans 2014-07-14 22:08:53 UTC
Use case:
- one screen with good colour display
- another screen which is OK for the interface but is not good for photo editing.

Example: Plug my cheap netbook into a seperate display. I would like to be able to control the editing (for instance using Curves) on the small (and bad contrast) netbook display. But I would like the main image to be displayed on the good external screen so I can see the effect accurately.

Many other photo editors allow you to "float" palettes and panels so that this can be achieved.

I think this has been discussed before but I cannot find an appropriate WISHLIST item.

This wish go in opposite way than digiKam rules. We don't want to reproduce GIMP GUI here.

I use also multiple WQHD screens here, and i use editor on calibrated screen, other one run AlbumGUI. This workflow work perfectly.
