New mail is fetched from IMAP account only once at Kmail (Kontact) startup. No new message is fetched unless I restart Kontact, despite having automatic email checking every 3 minutes.

Even manually clicking on 'Check Mail' button or on 'Update this folder and all its subfolders' doesn't fetch any mail. In the meanwhile the status bar displays the message "Ready" and I'm not aware of any place within the application where some kind of log can be read.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send yourself an email (EMAIL1) from e.g. gmail
2. Open Kontact: EMAIL1 appears in your inbox.
3. Send yourself another email (EMAIL2)
4. EMAIL2 will never appear in your inbox unless you restart Kmail/Kontact.

I'll be glad to provide any log, but I have no idea where to find them as of now.

I think this problem was a migration/update issue from a previous version. Rebuilding the database and all services from scratch fixed the issue.
