Choosing colortheme other than breeze is not saved.

here it works, but only for applications started after the colors have been applied (it doesn't change on the fly colors of running applications)

it also probably means that the kcm side is fine, and the bug is in the frameworks side?
maybe in kconfigwidgets where kcolorscheme resides?
