When you disable Baloo's file indexing, tags, ratings and comments for files are not shown any more in dolphin's file information widget.

Adding them still works though, they get stored in the file's extended attributes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. turn off file indexing
2. add a tag, rating or comment to a file
3. hover again over the file
Actual Results:
there is no tag, rating or comment shown

Expected Results:
the previously added tag, rating or comment should be shown

As soon as you enable file indexing, it works again, and even those tags/ratings/comments added when indexing was off are shown.

PS: With indexing enabled, the same problem exists in excluded folders, i.e. tags/rating/comments are stored but not shown.

Just tested this out with the master branch, and I cannot seem to reproduce it. Marking it as FIXED with Plasma 5.2. You'll have to wait till the Qt5 version of Dolphin is released which should be in March.
