This is a very nasty bug as it effects the greek goverment site https://diavgeia.gov.gr/ and all the files that are uploaded get the specific ΑΔΑ number. This forces us to use adobe acrobat reader that is the only app that can display this number, that is different for each file.

On the top right corner we should see "ΑΔΑ: ΒΙΣΠ469Η1Η-ΗΨ3". 
Instead we see ": 4691-"
The greek characters don't show at all. That is a problem because this code must be printed.
This affects numerous files of the platform https://diavgeia.gov.gr/
By clicking on the form field we see the correct number, but it cannot be printed

Actual Results:  
Does not display Unicode characters (GREEK) in form field

Expected Results:  
It should display the complete ΑΔΑ number

After a little search, the bug comes down to poppler and was reported for the first time on 2011-04-10 !  It does not seem to get a fix anytime soon https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36111
