Description Martin Koller 2014-06-21 19:56:26 UTC
I'm using an Android Phone with aCalendar, which syncs to my ownCloud Server, which I also sync via DAV to korganizer.
What I found is that aCalendar produces a (to my best knowledge RFC 5545 conforming) event series (RRULE) where one event was deleted - which is defined in the ics file via an UID/RECURRENCE-ID extra event set to STATUS:CANCELLED.

I attach this ics file here.

You can see that when you import this file as extra calendar into korganizer, it shows nothing - not a single event.

It should however show a recurring event, every saturday, except on the 19.July 2014

It seems the problem is that some KDE component does not handle correctly the UID/RECURRENCE-ID extra event but instead just uses this exception event as the single event, which has STATUS:CANCELLED and is therefore not shown at all.

Reproducible: Always

testing with a new user I found out that it works correctly.
So it must be something with my current akonadi db ...
