reproducible in some 80% of the cases

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. kquitapp5 plasmashell
2. kstart5 plasmashell
Actual Results:  
killper is no more

Expected Results:  
klipper still runs

note - using master/HEAD, there's no such version to mark

Klipper is now a part of Plasmashell, so this is no longer relevant.
