Hi, which NetworkManager and Plasma NM versions do you use? You can see Plasma NM's version string in "Manage Connectinos" -> "Other". By "net manager" I am assuming you meant Plasma NM (the Networkmanagement plasmoid". You should not mix two different network management software or one can cause problems to the other and vice-versa. Yast indicates I'm using NetworkManager - Network Link Manager and User Applications. The widget says it is Version 0.9.0.10 (nm09 20131128). I don't see any reference to "Plasma" in the description of the Net Link Mnger, nor does any app found by a search (in Yast/Software/SoftwareManagement) for "plasma" appear to be a net manager. So I'm not clear how to answer you. In Yast/NetworkDevices/NetworkSettings I have selected the radio button for User Control with Network Manager. |
