Attachments: Panel clock date is not updated

Description Andrew Kay 2014-06-19 16:15:11 UTC
I'm running the single day display calendar as a widget in my plasma panel.
I want the panel to be locked. But when it's locked the calendar widget seems unable to update the date (though the digital clock widget changes successfully). When I unlocked the panel the date changed.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put calendar widget in toolbar. See date is correct.
2. lock toolbar.
3. wait until tomorrow
4. the calendar still shows yesterday.

Actually I have two calendars on different panels. Both were showing the wrong date, though only one panel was locked. When I unlocked the second panel as well, both calendars jumped to the right date.

Panel clock date is not updated

It's happening the same to me although I can confirm if it's related to (un)locking the panel (See attachment)
Running on:
Plasma: 5.6.4
Distro: OpenSuse Tumbleweed x86_64

IIRC this was a Qt bug that got fixed a while back.
