Description Antonio 2014-06-16 07:25:29 UTC
Version 2.5.0
Con piattaforma di sviluppo KDE 4.8.5 (4.8.5) (from product's About menu)

Photos FTP uploaded from smartphone Samsung S3 into the same folder disappears when some of them is renamed.
Exactly: photos renamed remains, while other disappears.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy photos from Samsung S3 smartphone into a folder (album)
2. Rename some of these photos.
Actual Results:
All other photos in the folder disappears except renamed ones that remains visible.

Expected Results:
All photos in the album should remain visible.

All files still exists in the folder and extension jpg is mantained.
Photos turns to be visible only if I save them with Gimp with a new name but, after that, the bug is still reproducible. Doing so, only new copy are visible.
Rebuild miniatures has no effect.
Renaming .BAK all databases and let digikam rebuild them has no effect.
The problem arise only with photos coming from my Samsung S3.

Sorry, but I was not able to find the previous case.
In any case, please note that in my case the bug occurs ONLY with images
coming from Samsung SG3.
Thank you.
