I've forgotten to put what I've got when I tried to reinstall kde-l10-es
$ sudo apt-get install --reinstall kde-l10n-es

I must say that I was too quick to upgrade: the package kde-l10n-es was (wrongly) updated later than the other packages. At least by 30 minutes or so. After upgrading that package to 4.13.2, the problem disappeared. |
