The registration window for ICQ in the jabber transport shows up.
There normally the ICQ ID and the password should be entered, but shown is only the password field.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on jabber account
2. Services
3. Query server
3. Click on 'register' for icq transport

There is problem with layout in file protocols/jabber/ui/dlgregister.cpp
