The kwin context menu opens at the last window position when using it for the first time.
Every further use shows it at the correct position.

How to reproduce:
1. Move a window
2. Right-click on title bar of window → "Case A"
3. Right-click on title bar of window again "Case B"

Context menu opens at the previous window position

# Case B
Context menu opens at the correct position

RR#118159 fixes the issue for me.
