I want to be able to run command-line programs in Konsole and then copy their output into a ANSI escape code-aware pastebin, specifically http://pastebin.calculate-linux.org/

KDE4/Konsole4 is no longer maintained.

(For the record Konsole now has the ability to copy text as HTML, including formatting, font faces, colors... etc).
