using it with Kile 2.1.3 and kde 4.13.1 on debian/unstable 

additionally to (or rather instead of in my personal opinion and usage pattern), there should be a 
"Move to last modified line"
since the "modified lines" apparently are not reset until i close the document, over a longer period of editing, the number of modified lines grows. editing somewhere, going a different location to check something and then getting back is thus rather difficult, since between the current position and the last edited one there may be several lines which have been edited in the meantime also.

hence, i propose to add an "move to last modified line" as addition to allow users to immediately jump back to their most recent change even in large documents
