After adding some brushes in the folder , Krita deletes all brush tags on startup.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make some brush tags
2. Close Krita and add some brushes to the folder
3. Start Krita

fix saving on tags for brushes, the application crashed because the brushes where delete before saving the tags
now the tag storage is destroyed before the brushes are
