Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "System settings".
2. Choose item "Display and monitor".
3. Choose tab "Size and orientation".
4. Change settings.
5. Press "Save as default" -> "Save as default".
Actual Results:  
Settings not applied after restart KDE.

Expected Results:  
Apply stored settings after restart KDE.

Please use KScreen to setup multiple screens in Plasma. Your distribution should have packages for it. If you can reproduce this issue with KScreen correctly installed, please add a comment or report a new bug.
