with dolphin:
I can see the contents of /mnt/cifs (samba) share,
can create folders but can't copy files to it 
"not enough disk space" but have > 1TB free space on that drive.

via term I can cp file or use midnight commander.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create cifs mount in /etc/fstab - with credentials file user: root, pw: secret
2. mount -a
3. open dolphin
4. copy file from /home to /mnt/cifs
Actual Results:  
Dialog Box (translated from german):

Dolphin Error - can't write file. not enough space on medium


Expected Results:  
just copy that damn file :)

Thanks for the bug report!

This is a known regression in 4.13.1, it'll be fixed in 4.13.2 ;)
