I cannot select all filtered processes because on pressing Ctrl+A the focus jumps to the filter bar and not not select all processes in the list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Ctrl+Esc to open process manager
2. Type in "baloo" to filter on it. A few processes named *baloo* and shown in the list.
3. Press Ctrl+A and see what happens...
Actual Results:  
Focus is switched to filter bar and text "baloo" is selected in it.

Expected Results:  
All the processes from the list (after filtering) should be selected.

Ctrl+A worked as expected in KDE 4.11.5, i.e. we had a regression somewhere on the way to 4.13.0.

[KSysGuardProcessList] Don't forward keys with modifiers (except shift) to the search field

This breaks shortcuts like Ctrl+A to select all. The same approach is used for invoking KRunner on the desktop.
Shift-only modifier is allowed so uppercase letters can still be input properly.

Works in Plasma 5.6.4 on Fedora 23.
