When creating a new key pair, Kleopatra creates the key, but does not prompt for a passphrase. When I right click on the key pair and click "Change Passphrase" the error

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File>New Certificate
2. Follow prompts
3. Key pair appears on the certificate list, but no request for passphrase entry.
Actual Results:
Keys can be used to sign/encrypt material, but no passphrases needed to sign or decrypt.

Expected Results:
Expectation is that passphrase is necessary for certificate creation, sign, and decrypt.
