The same just happened: this time I wasn't redoing (maybe I wasn't the first time, I guess) - I changed the type of connection from standard to line and clicked twice (but I cannot reproduce it now). Created attachment 103341 [details]

I tried to select an uncomplete connection point and drag it to complete the connection.
