when I get informed on a certain bug, I see, that I am "excluded". Why?

You are always excluded from your own changes. You can change your email notification preferences at https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi

...and "excluded" information will not be displayed anymore in Bugzilla 5.0, see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=874944

Proposing to close this ticket (user's bugmail settings, nothing to really fix codewise).

Confirmed - I was awaiting the user's response. Let's close this for now - if changing your email preferences doesn't solve this, please reopen the bug so we can investigate further.
