If a reminder is set for any number of minutes before the start of an event, the display under the calendar, to the left of the agenda view, shows "1 minute before the start", as does the tool tip when hovering over the event. 
For reminders set a number of days before the start, "1 day before the start" is displayed. However, for reminders set in hours, the correct number of hours is displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an event
2. Schedule a reminder (either in the reminder tab or by right click -> toggle reminder)
3. Select the event in agenda view
Actual Results:  
"Reminder: 1 minute before the start" displayed

Expected Results:  
"Reminder: 15 [or whatever] minutes before the start"

i can confirm the behavior using kde 4.13.2 on gentoo linux

I can't reproduce this problem with the corrent version, 5.19.3.
