when review mode is enabled and I see the vertical review bar with all annotation types and I want to place a note at the left edge of the page the vertical bar hides this part of the document (especially when "Fit Width" is enabled. You should place the bar somewhere else that it can NEVER hide any part of the page (which you need for placement!)
