Since #310502 was fixed, the UrlFilter is no longer able to detect email addresses.
We need to restore the functionality, or a new plugin to detect emails and replace them with "mailto:" links

Dear user, unfortunately Telepathy is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
