Description kdebugs 2014-04-15 06:34:26 UTC
If lines exist past the cursor (e.g. by using "clear") and you have the view scrolled up slightly so that the cursor isn't at the top, your keyboard cursor will not properly switch between views. Getting it to actually switch seems to involve some combination of delay and/or moving back and hovering forth between the views. The problem is resolved [almost] as soon as you scroll the view back so the cursor is at the top. (See video)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Split the view.
2. Type and enter "clear".
3. Scroll up slightly on one of the views.
4. Try clicking back and forth between the views.

I'm filing this under konsole:split-view because that seemed closest, but this also plagues the terminal panel in dolphin. Observed on Kubuntu 13.10 (KDE 4.11.5, konsole 2.11.3).
